CONSOLE MAKEOVER

Happy Thursday!  Its almost the weekend and I am so excited! I can catch up on a few things around here and one of them is finished. I have had this buffet/console for about a year now and it was an impulse buy and although I had plans for it I eventually put it on the back burner. I wanted to spray paint it a creamy white color. So finally I got around to it.

    Here it is!

The before picture is not that great but you get the idea. The top is covered because it’s a stained wood top and the drawers were already out and ready for paint.

Here it is with one coat of spray paint and looking spotty.

Then with two coats below…

I did not prime or sand this console but I’m sure it’s recommended. I have done both prime and sand on other pieces but I felt like skipping those steps and I still like the results:)

It feels so good to get a couple of projects done and the best part is this just took a couple of hours :) Hope you like it!

Looks amazing! Especially love that you left the stained top and the drawer pulls add beautiful contrast to the creamy white. Lovely piece :)
